Tivoli Court is a mixed use residential and retail scheme located on the Harold’s Cross Road and comprises 67 no. 1, 2 & 3 bed apartments and a ground floor retail unit with significant frontage and profile. This brownfield redevelopment site previously included a public house along with some ancillary courtyards and buildings and was underused for its urban location. The approach adopted by the design team was to retain an active streetscape at ground floor level via the retail whilst providing high quality residential accommodation around a central courtyard and rear gardens on the remainder of the site. The apartments provide a range of different accommodation to suit a variety of household types and stages of life.
